Your future tasks will include:

  • Consulting our stakeholders on Microsoft Dynamics D365 CRM and the newest technical developments.
  • Configuration, programming and execution of functional tests in the D365 environment, coordination of test activities with key users and documentation.
  • Ensuring the quality of implementation, including non-functional requirements such as performance, security, scalability, global availability and evaluability.
  • Development of interfaces to other company applications.
  • Collaboration with 2nd level support and coordination of 3rd level support via our IT services, including documentation.
  • Further development of the internationally oriented D365 platform and close support of IT change management processes.
  • Support of IT sub-projects and the transition of these projects into the company with adequate user training.

Your skills:

  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics, apprenticeship as IT specialist for application development (m/f/x) or a comparable qualification with relevant practical experience.
  • Good expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM as well as experience in customizing and programming.
  • Confident handling of Power & Cloud platforms, ideally Azure.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English.
  • High analytical and communication skills as well as a structured, diligent and independent way of working.
  • Strong service and customer orientation, a good sense for the needs of our end users and intercultural competence.
