Your future tasks will include:

• Design and monitoring of the entire OASE online landscape, including online stores, websites and social media channels (in charge in Europe, accompanied globally).
• Special conceptual development of cross-divisional platforms for all business areas, considering the digital marketing strategy.
• Participation in the development and definition of the digital marketing strategy consisting of paid, owned & earned measures.
• Carrying out data analyses to evaluate measures and identify trends and user insights.
• Independent expansion of further building blocks, such as integrated omnichannel campaigns, affiliates and influencers.
• Steering digital brand management, including content and search engine marketing.
• Participation in and close support of our sales and e-commerce activities.
• Organization of internal trainings.
• Preparation of user manuals.

Your skills:

• Completed studies with focus on online marketing/e-commerce or a comparable marketing-specific apprenticeship.
• Relevant practical experience in the digital field on company and/or agency side.
• Good basic technical understanding and confident handling of databases and asset management systems.
• Interested in market trends and lifestyle as well as a creative flair for virtual platforms.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Analytical thinking, team spirit, a structured and well-organized personality and a can-do mentality.
