Your future tasks will include:

• Collaboration in the development, coordination and implementation of the global innovation and marketing strategy for the Water Treatment segment.
• Management of sub-scopes of the product portfolio over the entire product life cycle, including roadmap planning based on trends and consumer insights and identification of new growth areas.
• Development and implementation of national and international product range strategies including sales promotion measures in close cross-departmental coordination.
• Preparation of competition and market analyses as well as business cases incl. calculation, scenario planning and recommendations on product pricing for retailers and end consumers.
• Realisation of internal and external product training courses.

Your skills:

• Completed studies in the field of natural sciences and/or business administration or a comparable qualification in a specialised field.
• High affinity for pond and aquarium topics.
• Strategic and operational experience in product management or in a similar environment.
• Confidence in using MS Office products, knowledge of SAP R/3 is advantageous.
• Good written and spoken German and English.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and behaviour, high motivation and strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Very well organised project and network management.
• Creativity and a good sense for innovative growth opportunities and trends.
