Your future tasks will include:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly sales, turnover and margin reports for the Sales & Marketing departments.
• Calculation of sales prices and discount analyses.
• Determination of intercompany prices under consideration of given guidelines.
• Preparation and analysis of the marketing budget report as well as constant preparation of the sales representative reports.
• Realisation of ABC analyses, making recommendations for action as well as participation in the implementation.
• Coordinate sales and marketing planning at the Support Center Hörstel and globally.
• Participation in multi-level contribution margin accounting as well as cost center controlling in cooperation with the departments.
• Performing ad-hoc and special analyses and monitoring KPIs.
• Continuous further development and improvement of controlling processes as well as project work, e.g. support of the further development of our BI system, possibly with sub-project management.

Your skills:

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering/business administration, commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (all genders) or a comparable qualification.
• Relevant professional experience in a producing company.
• Confident handling of SAP R/3 as well as comprehensive expertise in using MS Office, in particular Excel.
• Very good written and spoken German and English.
• Mastery of complex data volumes, strong analytical skills as well as a precise, systematic and structured way of working.
